Gate Remote Notice

The Elm Park Board of Directors and Management will be handing out new gate remotes next week on Wednesday and Thursday, December 21st and 22nd at the pool area from the hours of 3-7pm on Wednesday and 5-7pm Thursday. There will be a brand new gate system installed once the remotes are dispersed!

Please join us on these days and make sure to bring your old remotes to switch out with the new ones. After the first two, each gate remote will be $50.00 each. If you are not able to come out on these days, the gate remotes will be available for pickup at our Ontario office, 3200 E. Guasti Road, Suite 100, Ontario, CA 91761.

Updated Security Sensing

Shepherd hooks will be installed on the pool perimeter fence, pedestrian gates and pilasters to prevent vandalism and trespassing. Reminder if you see something, say something and call the Rialto PD (909) 820-2578 to protect your neighborhood.

Pool Restroom Closed

The men and women restrooms at the pool area will be closed unless the pool monitor is on site. If you have any questions, please call Kaylin Porritt at (949) 838-3227 or kporritt@keystonepacific.com.

The KPPM Connection

The KPPM Connection is an online tool that offers enhanced homeowner services. Using the portal, you can:

  • Make Online Payments
  • View Current and Previous Statements and Billing Inserts
  • Print Account History Reports
  • Update Enhanced Email Notification Features

If you have not registered, please have your billing statement available to enter in the required information. For added convenience, we also offer an ACH program in which your monthly assessment payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You will no longer have to remember when to pay your payment, write a check, or pay for any more postage! To sign up, please click here to download the ACH form.

Helpful Tips from Neighborhood Watch

  1. Know the pulse of your community.  If you see anything out of the ordinary, don't be afraid to call Police Dispatch at (909) 820-2550

  2. Per the Chief of Police's own words, if you feel that too much time has passed since your initial call to Police Dispatch, call back.

  3. Do not leave your car parked in the street or driveway with your garage door opener plainly visible.

  4. Install timers or photocells to keep the exterior of your home lit at night.  Most evening burglaries happen when the exterior of the house is dark.  Low-voltage or solar landscaping lights will also help.

  5. Most door and porch fliers are simply placed to find out if you're home or not.  Remove these immediately.  If you're on vacation, ask a neighbor to check for and remove them as necessary.

  6. Introduce yourself to solicitors through a closed door.

  7. Trim your trees and plants to ensure that they aren't providing a place for potential burglars to hide from the rest of the neighborhood.

  8. Houses along the community's perimeter should consider planting thorny bushes along their wall
    to prevent trespassing.

Slow Down in the Community!

Attention all residents! When driving in the community please makes sure to observe a safe speed and never exceed a maximum speed limit of 10 to 15 MPH.  Homeowner’s have reported several close calls with speeding vehicles, especially at the corner of W. Mesa and N. Yucca. Be safe; watch out for children playing, pedestrians and vehicles backing out of their driveway!!
